The TripleTOF 6600 is a hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight (QqTOF) mass spectrometer that provides broader linear dynamic range (greater than 5 orders), wide Q1 mass range (isolation for ions up to 2250 m/z), enhanced mass accuracy stability (<2ppm), and superior mass resolution and speed (50 MS/MS spectra acquisitions per second).
Our TripleTOF is coupled to a nanoHPLC for peptide separation. This instrument is used to complex samples for discovery and quantitation workflows (using label-free strategies). It can also be used for targeted (MRM-HR) and non-targeted (SWATH or DIA) approaches.
